There is the possibility of sending them remotely, peer to peer, without configuring the firewall and using only vanilla objects?
I mean, AOO itself is an external, of course, but the rest can be done in Vanilla.
As Fede has written, peer-2-peer might not work in all cases, especially if users are behind symmetric NATs. But feel free to try it out and report back :-)
