The English-language PdPedia's content is not even organised in any meaningful way, and is too scarce. Auto-importing comments from Miller-style help files tend to do this : the text can't stand being separated from the example patch. You can't get any translators started with that, unless they become writers instead.
In the end, though, making translations only in PdPedia will reinforce the notion that English is more convenient, as it would be the only language available directly as help files.
But if you put the translations back into help files, that's a damn lot of repetitive work. Who would want to do it ?
And if instead you retranslate help patches from scratch, then the translation might not be consistent with PdPedia's.
