Hint: Where are you copying pdp_pidip_osx.tar.gz to?
jaime-e-oliver-lrs-powerbook-g4-15:~/Desktop Joliver$ sudo cd jaime-e-oliver-lrs-powerbook-g4-15:~/Desktop Joliver$ sudo tar xvfz pdp_pidip_osx.tar.gz tar (child): pdp_pidip_osx.tar.gz: Cannot open: No such file or directory tar (child): Error is not recoverable: exiting now tar: Child returned status 2 tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
I guess you're just copy/pasting these command lines from somewhere?
Also, is this the best way of doing it and/or is there a newer version for mac i should be trying?
PDP works in the current Extended installer, and if you aren't comfortable with the command line, it might be better to try that.
best, d.
