Hi
if you're running on Linux check the [ADDITIONAL-INFOS] in the arduino-help.pd on the upper right corner in the pd-rewrite: https://github.com/reduzent/pduino as mentioned below the infos you'll find there are basically from http://answers.ros.org/answers/101/revisions/ with this method you can connect the arduino within pd due to its serial adress avoiding id-conflicts.
hope this helps ΓΈ

We have an installation running at www.verbekefoundation.com http://www.verbekefoundation.com with two arduino's and pd for several years now. The only thing that fries now and then are the power supplies. iirc, it's just a matter of sending the right [devicename <name_of_device>( to the two [comport], ( or [arduino] ?) objects. You can get those devicenames by doing "ls /dev/ttyU*", which will give you something like /dev/ttyUSB0 and /dev/ttyUSB1, representing the two arduino's. (under the assumption that the newer arduino models still work the same way.) gr, Tim
