3.) you have to move the objects with the mouse to its place, there is no automation as far as i know. or do i misunderstand ?
Actually, there is the tidy up function in the edit menu (under font). Also besides the mouse for more precise aligment you can select and then move the object with an arrow key. If you want to move it faster with the arrows you can use shift-arrow.
