Removing -Werror should get you further.

I only have 8.4 (as a debian package) and couldn't find any more recent version than 8.45 in the net. Is there any more recent version available somewhere?
Hm, as I just see, I still build Pd with tcl/tk 8.3 on my Debian box. It should be no problem to just use what's available.
