Try test2 instead of test4 for pd-ext 0.39.2; that solved my GEM problems anyway. ~David

I've tried the test-release, but it changed the behaviour of a patch with Gem objects that I was working on so I wanted to go the safe way. Also, I fancy the idea of reducing the package that I'm installing to a minimum, to get a better understanding of what is pd and what is external. (I'm a beginner - need to start small) But thanks Klaas

Hello list,
I recently uninstalled pd extended 0.38.4 from my windows xp computer, and installed pd 0.39.2 and gem, because I really wanted to work with
the
new gop functionality. However, when looking for help, pd now opens a windows "open file" dialog, instead of the help browser I was used to
in
pd-extended. I quite liked the old help browser. Is there any way I can get it back in pd 0.39.2?
Thanks
Klaas
