Hi,
I'm using both a plist file as well as a .pdrc file (i like the .pdrc
file because i can easily copy it to other machines that i'm running pd on).
Personally, I think ~/Library/Preferences/org.puredata.pd.plist is
easier to copy since its not hidden. The .pdrc is hidden by Mac OS X
by default.

Assuming that you have x11 installed and pdp/pidip somewhere like /usr/local/lib/pd/pdp_pidip_osx
When you include the paths in step 5 of http://ydegoyon.free.fr/INSTALL_NOTES.txt of your .pdrc, what goes wrong?

Hi Husk,
I don't think RC6 has pdp.pd_darwin yet, but you can get it from RC5
or you can follow the instructions here (this worked for me) to
install:http://ydegoyon.free.fr/INSTALL_NOTES.txt
Best, p
RC6 haven't pdp.pd_darwin but have pidip.pd_darwin; I tried to follow
the install_notes but they speaks about a .pdrc file that, if i
understand well, pd don't use it anymore (working with
org.puredata.pd.plist). And i tried many times doing also the .pdrc
file but never has work. So, anyone have idea about what i can do? many thanks Husk

If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
