pdp2gem: just attached yves' pidip effects to gem >> works super!
gem2pdp: if i put the 'Gem window' in the back the pdp output window doesn't 'redraw': it draws the next image on top of what was there... (like buffer=1 in Gem)
launching the Gemwin with 'border 0' solves this as the Gem window stays on top of the other windows....

Is there a way to tell pdp_xv to launch an x window with no borders at screen position x y ? (equivalent to the 'offset x y' and 'border 1/0' messages one can pass to 'Gemwin')
