I cracked the latter one by modifying GemCreateWindowNT.cpp.
In the windowhandler-routine, look for WT_PACKET-messages, and remove scaling to window dimensions when setting X, Y, pressure etc. from the packet data. It's quite obvious.
This way the full resolution of the tablet is passed to Pd, which in my case seems to be 1000x1000 and 1024 for pressure.
I'd prefer this to be an option in Gem. Johannes?

Hi,
I'm experimenting with a Wacom Graphire2 tablet and the gemtablet-object.
What I'd like, is to "capture" the tablet all the time, not only when the gem window is clicked. By capturing I mean gemtable would transmit the data and mouse cursor would stay still.
Is this possible? What changes are needed to the code?
I'd also like to have a good resolution independent of the gemwin dimensions..
cheers Juha
