Well, as a secondary server, *should* work fine
secondary DHCP server? chances are high, that you will take half of the machines offline with such a setup.
you never ever should run multiple DHCP-servers in a subnet, unless you absolutely know what you are doing (which seems to be not the case). if you absolutely know what you are doing, you probably still won't run multiple DHCP-servers in a subnet.
