If you check the helpfile for pix_movie and pix_film, they will tell you that if you put an [unpack 0 0 0] under the second outlet of either object, the first outlet of the unpack will give you the length of the video in frames.

Hi,
I want to be able to play a collection of videos with pix_movies or pix_film so that they loop back and forth and I can controle the speed. The problem is that they are all different lenghts. Is there any way to get the lenght of a video so that can read it backwards and forwards?
Sort of light the soundfiler audio.aif array1 can resize the array based on loop length.
