On Win7 with internal sound card, ASIO test tone 440Hz sounds all wrong
wait... which ASIO driver are you using? if you use ASIO (portaudio) without an actual ASIO driver (or a fake driver like ASIO4ALL) the slowly rotating farting dinosaur is expected behaviour :-) (I just listened to the sound and would have never come up with such a marvelous description).
just for the record: Lucas and Henri told me, sound is working fine for them, so I think at least I didn't introduce a regression on Windows.
