hi, you can use pix_snap and write the output into RAM with piX_buffer objects (pix_buffer_read, pix_buffer_write). with pix_buffer_read and a number box you can play the snapped pix' like a movie. if I remember correctly, I did this once but can't find the patches again......

hi!
i am using [pix_snap2tex] to take a snapshot of the gem-window and texture it on a object.
the current render buffer is textured immediately.
is there a way to delay the texturing? like delaying the gem-list somehow?
thanks g.
