Hi ,
I made some tests compiling with mingw, the results look promising, but I have to comb through the sources and adjust the "ifdefs".
That said, it compiles, but it doesn't work :(yet)

While we are on the topic is it possible to recompile Pd with gcc/Mingw, or Borland C++ on the Windows platform? And one last question, kinda off topic but does anyone know if it is possible to change the language of MSVC++ from French to english? Can I do this or do I need an english version straight from the box? Hence the questions about compiling with gcc/Mingw or Borland C++! Cheers!

I was wondering if anybody successfully has compiled a PD external (for Windows) using gcc/Mingw or related compilers. I can compile and link alright but can't seem to be able to specify the setup method (like the /export:"foo_setup" with MSVC 6&7) and PD will not find it either.
Any ideas?
