hi ian
i had a quick look at your page.. looks interesting there is already an open source midi controller project using the pic18f at http://ucapps.de/ thorsten has written a whole midi os for the pic called mios (if midi is ok for you to interface with pd that is.. if not there is a new pic18f with onboard usb2.0.. which may make things a little easier)
i am interested in using sensors in dance work and installations.. on my to do list is to develop a sensor module for the midibox.. if one is required (it already supports up to 64 analogue inputs)... have you tried building any sensors yet? i'm trying to find out if additional opamps etc. are needed if long cables are used.. my plan is to use xlr cables to connect the sensors to the box.. anyway, i'm interested to hear from you (and from anyone else on the list who has built sensors)
best wishes adam

Hi all,
I've written up some tutorials for interfacing Microchip PICs with PD. It's light on the PD side of things at the moment, but there's more to come. Let me know what you think.
