Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the response, even though I'd figured it out. I guess
sometimes I'm a bit quick to post. But I do have another question,
when I do something like this [dyn~ 0 1 2 0] it has three outputs,
the first two being the signal outputs. What's the third output for?
I tried attaching a [print dynout] but never got anything out.

Hi Pall, the problem is that in your patch you are using something like a$1
in a message box. This won't work... the $-args only get
substituted if they are on the first position in a token, like in $1-aall the best, Thomas

Now that I have dyn~ up and working, I have a question about its
functionality. I've included my test patch so people can see what
I'm talking about if I don't explain it clearly enough. I'm trying
to set up something that will name the dynamic objects, well...
dynamically. Works find using [newobj . a$1 testAbs] but it then
when I want to delete them, it'll delete the first one I delete,
regardless of when it was created, but won't delete any more.
What's the problem?See attached...
