The Langlois Foundation is not specifically founding local organisations or initiatives, its mandate is international.
Excerpt from its (flashy) web site: "Through this program, the Foundation seeks to support the projects of organisations in its priority regions outside the European Union and North America, with the exception of Canada and Mexico. To be certain, please check that the name of your country is listed among those recognized by the Foundation. Generally, the Foundation supports projects that allow artists, researchers and scholars to develop their knowledge and expertise locally in their own regions."
