I really want to see more of the more elaborate scores. I think this
is along the lines of what Miller was thinking when he started the
data structures. But as far as I have seen, they are not easy to use
interactively, i.e. edit them while they are being played.
Any chance of downloading and playing with it?

At least the way you change cutoff, fm parameters seems doable, not sure about the sequencing tools the way you do it. I do not know why, but in some way the video remembers me the Lemur device capabilities. Have you tought about a touch screen to do some of the things you do with the mouse, is it feasible? BTW, I tried to download the program but it seems that the link is broken.
