Thanks, Hans. I already have plans for Pd, though I can't get any good sounds yet. All of the synths I try from that menu just feed a note over and over while I change pitches and options. I can't play anything. The site you mentioned "cannot be displayed". I'll check out the archives. Also, my audio output is terrible. Constant clicks, static.
I'll see what I can do with it.

There are a number of synths included in the docs under 3.audio.examples. http://em411.org has some patches, and there have been many posted to this list that you could find in the archives (http://puredata.org/community/lists ).
We are working on starting a 'made with Pd' section to highlight projects made with Pd also.

Hello group.
I'm making my way through some of the documentation. It seems pretty awesome. I am interested in microtonal, and I'm starting to conceive of a step-sequencer for my tunings.
But as of now, I would be content to find a few patches that are fairly musical. All of the patches I've tried from the documentation are good instruction, but just repeating ugly sounds over and over and over while you change parameters. Is there a repository of synth patches somewhere, or something?
Thanks. Chuckk
