... but anti-aliased fonts are a serious problem - I hope they don't become obligatory. They really aren't as sharp as the bitmap ones. Another case of computer science orthodoxy trumping common sense :)

i think Dan was joking about the rounded corners. the link he posted (pointing to the Max forums) is worth a look, it's a whole bunch of Max users fighting about the new rounded corners feature in Max 5 - some people are saying it's wonderful, others are saying it's a tragedy. really funny to watch.
