I'm not sure I know what the tclpd-loader messages are, can you copy and paste them to an email reply?
I think the right-click menu behavior is set by Tk to behave in a "native" way, but I could be wrong. I don't remember explicitly setting that kind of behavior.

OT why is it that in Linux-Pd the right-click needs to be helt while
