Yes, you can always use "vrr.iem.at 7077". This is also mentioned in the helpfile.
Good that you ask, because I actually forgot to update to server :-/. Now it should work with latest develop.

I mean, AOO itself is an external, of course, but the rest can be done in Vanilla.
As Fede has written, peer-2-peer might not work in all cases, especially if users are behind symmetric NATs. But feel free to try it out and report back :-)
