hi (again)
i added /usr/include/tcl8.4 to the include path and now i get:
t_tkcmd.c: In function
tcl_vmess': t_tkcmd.c:310: warning: implicit declaration of function
_vsnprintf' cd ../obj; gcc -I. -I/usr/include/tcl8.4 -o ../bin/pd-gui t_main.o

8.4
t_tkcmd.o(.text+0x2db): In function
tcl_vmess': : undefined reference to
_vsnprintf' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [../bin/pd-gui] Error 1sorry for bothering you with all this.

thank you!
but now another problem:
t_main.c:18:16: tk.h: No such file or directory
i noticed configure doesn't check for the location of tk.h anymore (which
it did before, i think). but since it is in the same directory (/usr/include/tcl8.4) as tcl.h, which is detected, this shouldn't be a problem (i suppose...).
