Hello, Eric. your multisampler is quite nice. this was simple enough for studying and understanding of dollarsigns and other liquid-variable affairs in pd (till now for me it was difficult to understand what occurs to it).
with all respect to your copyrights i have modified your patch: add arrays for stereo sound, indicators of a sounding sample and volume controllers. (maybe you don't need those features but for me it was very interesting to implement).
also based on your patch i made the new one - the multiplayer. this is not for short loops but for longplay tracks. take a look. |wavinfo| from -lib ext13 was used for definition of duration of a track.
++++ andrei

hi kids,
i made a little sampler that lets you load a bunch of sounds and play them
up
the chromatic keyboard.
find it at http://www.audionerd.com/projects/pd/multisampler/index.html
i notice there is not much sharing of patches (mainly because everybody
makes
patches suited specifically to their needs) so hopefully we can get some
more
general purpose patches of this type?
(apologies to those of you who are good programmers and appalled at my
newbie
code :P i welcome suggestions on how to improve it)
