hi hans,
i know almost nothing about pd svn, but i was looking at framesync
and there is no external (.pd_linux, .pd_darwin, .dll).no generated file (e.g. binaries which are generated by compiling source-code) should ever be under version control.
should it be in abstractions instead?
i think on the long run all ./abstractions should be moved to ./ externals i did not do it yet because i haven't taken the time yet, to ask the relevant authors whether this would be fine for them.
My thoughts exactly... but I don't think it is worth it to just move
'abstractions' to 'externals'. We should probably have a more
comprehensive reorg. Yeah, it does seem to be political...
