Hi, Im wondering if this is doable. I want to texture map a waveform/spectrograph from an audio input on an object in gem. Or just display an audio waveform/spectrograph in the gem window. So i speak into a microphone and the resulting waveform is displayed in gem . Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks Nicky

I am well aware of why pdp gives the error that it can't be created. However, that is not the error I get. I get "pdp_matrix_setup: WARNING: overriding gsl error handler."
this is not serious, rather a sign of health : it means you already had an error handler for gsl.. i wonder why i don't have this, i should.
Which simply led me to think that my system is misreading the existence of libgsl. It's obviously not an issue, just something interesting. As for the help files, I have read them, like everyone else. They did not, however, contain any information on how to deal with compilation errors, so I asked the list. I'm sorry if you feel helping me was an imposition.
was not... except the fact of writing things twice.. ( i'm joking )..
cheers, sevy
Thanks, Ian Smith-Heisters
