Hi
Sounds like cyclone's matrix~ is loaded instead. try to start pd with the "-lib zexy" flag before "-lib cyclone" (or similar), and it should work.

Hi.
I have the Zexy library running with Pd 0.37.1 on Windows.... but it doesn't work quite right.
Upon instantiation, I get the following message:
warning (matrix~): dummy substitution
and then even when I load the help file, I get a bunch of errors:
error (miXed): missing or bad arguments in "matrix~" error (miXed): missing or bad arguments in "matrix~" matrix~.pd 13 0 23 4 (gatom->matrix~) connection failed matrix~.pd 15 0 16 0 (message->text~) connection failed matrix~.pd 16 0 23 3 (text->matrix~) connection failed matrix~.pd 17 0 18 0 (message->text~) connection failed matrix~.pd 18 0 23 3 (text->matrix~) connection failed matrix~.pd 19 0 21 0 (message->text~) connection failed matrix~.pd 20 0 22 0 (message->text~) connection failed matrix~.pd 21 0 23 3 (gatom->matrix~) connection failed matrix~.pd 22 0 23 3 (gatom->matrix~) connection failed
Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? I've tried using the zexy.dll from the website, I've built matrix~ myself from source... nothing seems to give.
Also - something that's really strange: if I delete all dll's (ie, zexy.dll, matrix~.dll), the object still instantiates and gives the same error (!?) what object am I loading?
Thanks, Mike
