hi list!
just recently i stumbled over a weirdness in the gui objects pd borrowed from iemlib: at a screen resolution of 1280x1024, small font sizes are displayed bigger in my patches than at 1024x768. the oddness is that this happens only to smaller font sizes, bigger ones are displayed correctly in both resolutions. i attached a test patch showing font size 10 and 22. is this a bug or a feature, and is it on the pd or the tcl/tk side? i know it's ergonomically correct to have a minimum absolute fontsize (about 2.6 mm at 50cm viewing distance), but it just ruins the portability of fine-tuned gui patches.
thanks in advance
charlie
