Thanks for that. Thats what I've done, I was just wondering if there is a away to get it to recognise blank lines or spaces, as I am trying to make the system as simple as possible for the company to edit the text in my absense, and space or blank line makes more obvious sense to them.

just a thought,
but why not select some character that never normally appears in speech (eg the % sign, or something), and then use [sel %], and make a space when you have that character?
