Using more than one ASIO driver simultanious is impossible. But one ASIO driver can provide multiple channels.
In case there are several asio drivers on a system (e.g. due to the asio drivers installed by cuabse / nuendo / wavelab or more than one soundcard with asio drivers) Pd automatically chooses the first one!!! To change this you have to open the registry (type 'regedit' at the dos prompt) and navigate to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> ASIO': You'll see an alphabetical list of your ASIO drivers. Pd chooses the first one (i.e. the one on top of the list). To get another driver to the top you have to change it's name to start with a character (or characters) that make it appear before all the others in the alphabetical order. Restart your system and try Pd again... BTW this trick works quite well with my motu828 to avoid using the steinberg 'faked' asio stuff with Pd...
good luck (and don't forget to change it back before (de-)installing any software related with your soundcard!), Olaf
