You could always use the linux box to interpret the WACOM tablet data and send it via OSC to the windows PC to use with other software if you'd like.

Ohhh, now I'm holding my breath waiting for the Win binary! My Windows machine is much newer and faster than my Linux one; so this would let me do some really cool things I can't do right now, if it was working. Not to mention I'm still an idiot on Linux...
