that's because there is no bin directory. do: mkdir ../bin (before compiling)

This problem has existed for years, and yet its still there, and every
couple of months someone posts with this problem. Alas... I just
submitted a patch to the tracker, it was a ridiculously simple fix. I
guess Pd devs are lazy ;).hc
