This build of Gem for Windows should be included in the latest
nightly builds. It would be great if someone tested everything to
make sure the abstractions and help patches are in the right place.
Instead of spending the time on a single manual install, this way
everyone will benefit.

hi matteo, the help patches for gem usually go into doc/5.reference/Gem (the
no they don't. they used to go there for old Pd-versions.
anyhow: the .bat "installer" seems to be outdated.
manual instructions are like (i am improvising now, so it might not
work...)create a <pd>\extra\Gem directory. copy the "Gem.dll" from <gemzip> to <pd>\extra\Gem
copy all abstractions from <gemzip>\abstractions\ to <pd>\extra\Gem
copy all help-patches from <gemzip>\help\ to <pd>\extra\Gem\after that you should have: <pd>\extra\Gem\Gem.dll <pd>\extra\Gem\gemwin-help.pd
