Hello,
I'm sure this question has been asked numerous times. Is it possible to read a qlist from a file which has been edited and saved beforehand, in order to send messages to a receive symbol that has a $0 -- say, [r $0-test]?
no.
the trick is to build your own [qlist] with [textfile].
then you can send a line "100 pitch 440;" to $0-pitch at will.
YES! Of course.
For some reason I seldom think of using the two in conjunction, but it occurs to me that there are a lot of problems one could solve with such an idiom.
Thanks!
