I'm afraid it isn't Creative Commons... the best I could negotiate from the publisher was to put it up with 'all rights reserved'... but that should be open enough to allow anyone to use it.

even though the content is available for free in electronic form there are many who, myself included, would buy this for reading in places that ether aren't hospitable to laptops or even for just having a break from the laptop and all it's associated accessories. i look forward to buying a copy :)
