it seems that the build system doesn't build creb
# pwd /usr/local/src/pd-0.39-2/externals/build/linux # make ... ok
# ls creb* ls: creb*: No such file or directory # ls ... mtx_diegg.pd_linux zhzxh~.pd_linux mtx_diff.pd_linux z~.pd_linux mtx_distance2.pd_linux (483 files)
i try to re-update my externals

Have you tried:
cd externals/build/linux make
Then the creb objects should be there as single object files. I don't think anyone maintains the library format. Or you could take them out of Pd-extended: http://at.or.at/hans/pd/installers.html

hello list! I just compiled creb, but can't load it, getting this error:
/usr/lib/pd/extra/creb.pd_linux: /usr/lib/pd/extra/creb.pd_linux:
undefined symbol: IS_DENORMAL creb: can't load libraryi have the Miller's pd-0.39-2 with externals taken from CVS. maybe updating the externals module again solves the problem?
