Related question - which platforms does the included font work on? is it cross-platform? (How sweet that would be!)

The previous behavior was bold for Linux & Windows, normal for Mac. Again, cross platform differences...

Is this compatible with leaving the default font weight bold?
Hmm, I'm confused now. Well, it was never bold in mac, so maybe the question is if the branch. And, if anything, maybe the branch sets it to normal, while currently it is bold for linux/windows.

yeah, so, maybe this means the branch was setting it to bold, but now we'd be reverting it back just so this is dealt with for mac people, right? ;)
cheers
