Looks like it's being run from the local bin directory. Perhaps the symlinks are bad?

at least this helped me find a regression, where Pd would die if started with -rt but pd-watchdog cannot be found. this is most likely your problem (the other question is, *why* Pd cannot find pd-watchdog and pd-gui on your system)
