yes, it is good to know. I don't really know what to do about it. I'll bet most Windows users have virus/trojan scanning on their computers and I've tested Pd-extended on machines with Norton installed and I've never heard of this.
I think its safe to say that this is a case of mistaken identity. Perhaps they are being a bit too strict with there checks. From the files listed, they were mostly ogg-related DLLs which aren't Pd code, but included libraries (anything lib*.dll).

And please, the audience of this list is not so stupid, at least to the point of not knowing it is possible run pure data with linux, and not to have this kind of problem. I really think the authors of pd-extended want to know if there is a problem with the file that they published at sourceforge.
Now, i can run pd only turning avast off.
