That's what I thought, but since it says "to make sure...", I gave it a try. Everything seems fine so far. Why doesn't this release include the 0.92.3 GEM? I already installed it separately, so it's just out of curiosity.

The Pd-extended installer will install that file for you. So unless you want to reset settings that you have edited yourself, or there was some error in the install, I think it should work fine without running the .reg file.
