Hello,
I had the same problem on raspbian, unfortunately couldn’t find the reason why mrpeach doesn't work.
However, I found out that I can use netreceive and netsend to establish OSC communication.
I had to add osc/ to all OSC- objects, i.e. osc/unpackOSC, osc/pipelist etc.
