I have set up automatic builds direct from trunk/externals of SVN for all
libraries that are based on the Library Template[1]. It runs the script
trunk/externals/build-all-libdirs.sh whenever there is a new commit anywhere
in trunk/externals/. Its currently building on debian-stable-amd64
debian-testing-amd64 macosx105-i386 macosx105-powerpc, and macosx106-x86_64.
Hopefully I'll get some Windows builds up there too.

Hello, I'd like to report a bug but I'm not allowed to do this on sourceforge bugtracker.
- right click on a subpatch -> properties
- disable gop
nothing happens it only works when right clicking inside a subpatch

Summary: netreceive doesn't work in batch mode
Initial Comment:
[netreceive] in -batch mode doesn't work, it binds the port but doesn't seem to output anything.
netstat shows a large receive queue, which presumably contains my incoming data.
$ pd -batch my-netreceive-r.pd &

$ netstat -au

My specific use case is "one core for as-fast-as-possible analysis of an dsp system's parameter space, another for realtime/live audio, communicating via loopback network ", which perhaps is too far from the realms of sanity?
Some awkward workarounds spring to mind using -nogui instead (using a switch~'d off wrapper patch and bang it when I want dsp to run; or using a very high upsampling ratio and compensating any input to objects that use the samplerate, ...)

It's already implemented...

Not for audio connected to a dac~, but for offline stuff it works (some
buggy objects might not cooperate).
> You know, I've read about that, and now I wonder if the info or the implementation is bugged..
Works for me following the somewhat-cryptic guidance in [switch~]'s
help, see attached. Note that dsp must be on globally, but switched off
for the particular canvas, for this to make sense. Also bang->switch~
seems to compute a dsp block immediately, so remember to use trigger
when applicable to initialise your signal objects in that patch.
Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to have a small example somewhat along these
lines in the help patch.

Summary: Blocksize not power of 2?
Initial Comment:
If I won't get it here, there is no answer to this question:
I've heard that a "non-2^n-BS" is possible to but I can't confirm this with some quick tests..
So is it possible or not?!
Thanks

Summary: GOP-abstraction w. datastructures/ scalars bug
Initial Comment:
Hey,
I noticed, when creating GOP-abstractions containing scalars, that these are placed in front of the object's name and arguments. (eg. if they fill the whole red "GOP-rectangle")
This should never be the case, because one cannot see/access/change the objectname /-arguments anymore if that happens.
Hiding the text is nevertheless very handy for GOP-things, but this can be done anyways, with a [coords ...(- or [donecanvasdialog ...(-message. (More specifically with the "hide object name and arguments"-value.)
And leaving some space for the name & args is especially for GOP-abstractions not suitable.
..that's why I'd call it a bug...
(...pd-patch attached, finally...)

Summary: help patches sometimes don't open
Initial Comment:
Ok, when I start pd-extended from inside the folder ~/pure-data/doc/pddp, then I do this:
1. Open up the "Related_objects" subpatch
2. right-click on [tabread4~] and choose "Help"
I get this in my cli console:
open: tabread~-help.pd/tabread~-help.pd: Not a directory
tabread~-help.pd: Not a directory
This only seems to happen if the help patch is in the directory where I started Pd. If I create [cup] and right-click its help everything works.
Not sure if this is specific to pddplink or a more general issue.
