Hi,
I'm trying to compile the latest Gem to use the mipmap code from this thread by Claude: http://lists.puredata.info/pipermail/gem-dev/2013-03/006444.html
I ran the autogen.sh to get the configure file, then ./configure --with-pd=/(etc etc), and finally make. Everything looks good until this message:
In file included from GLUtil.cpp:130: GLUtil_generated.h:1509: error: integer constant is too large for 'long' type make[3]: *** [libUtils_la-GLUtil.lo] Error 1 make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
This is on OSX 10.5.8.
Is there a workaround by editing Gem 0.93's source code? I tried this by updating the pix_texture.cpp & pix_texture.h files but ran into "undefined" errors during compiling.
Hi, You can nix the recently sent question - I have a workaround with the original posted code in that thread - the bugs in it don't interfere with my needs. Thank you.

if you refer to the git-version: that already has Claude's patch included.
