i think i have now fixed the permissions for creating/posting new bugs/patches/feature-requests.

Yes bug creation works now, thanks :)
I filed a new bug (#209 pix_image magick leaks memory), but it seems reports are no longer automatically forwarded to [GEM-dev] list.
