yes, but 0.90.1 was a special built for w32 with some bug-fixes (avoiding crash when using camera input), so it was compiled later.
I have to ask why people are using text2d - it's not a particularly efficient or flexible way to deal with text.

I used [text2d] because of the anti-aliasing - but anyway, it turned out that is uses too much cpu on nvidia cards (why not on ati? - don't know ...) - so I could have used [text3d] ...
