this only makes sure that you have alraedy checked out the correct version.
it doesn't check for any local modification or additions. check with $ svn state as well.
I'll try to restart from the beginning with a fresh copy of the svn and will let you know
one thing i noticed is, that you should explicitely load the "pdgst" library, prior to loading a patch. (there is no such thing as [declare] in the example patches.
