Don't compile pix_filmYUV. It hasn't been used in years.
then we should probably remove it alltogether from the code.
the autoconf buildsystem compiles _every_ *.cpp file it finds in one of given subdirectories of src/: this makes adding and deleting objects very simple, however it is not so simple to "disable" certain objects "for now".
which other objects should be removed then? pix_filmYUV, pix_movieYUV, pix_filmDarwinYUV ?
