Hello,
it is maybe already a year or more since i complied GEM the last time and i seem to have problems making it configure with ieee1394 support. I've seen some informations on the mailing list that the ieee1394 stack has changed. How to compile GEM with DV support ? After configure i see:
input-support use v4l : no use ieee1394 : no
in config.log:
configure:8702: result: no configure:8803: checking for PKG_IEEE1394_CFLAGS configure:8811: $PKG_CONFIG --exists "ieee1394" >/dev/null 2>&1 configure:8814: $? = 1 configure:8824: result: configure:8826: checking for PKG_IEEE1394_LIBS configure:8834: $PKG_CONFIG --exists "ieee1394" >/dev/null 2>&1 configure:8837: $? = 1 configure:8847: result: Package ieee1394 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `ieee1394.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'ieee1394' found
however i dont even have the file ieeee1394.pc on my system, even though having installed all the libraw, libdc, libavc, libiec61883 libraries and their dev packages..
maybe i forgot something ?
thx,
