What is in the progress of my cvs access? Is there another step?
Thanks.
Ok, looks like there are no objections, I just added Thomas as a developer. Welcome!

If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
Nice. Thanks. Do I use my sf user and pass?

Seams so, cf. http://www.puredata.info/docs/developer/sf_project
I think I found two errors on the first line of code of http://www.puredata.info/docs/developer/sf_project
It should probably read: cvs -z3 -d:ext:developername \ @cvs.pure-data.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/pure-data import externals/tof developername source-dist
There was a space between ext: and developername I beleive the proper address is pure-data.cvs.sourceforge.net and not cvs.pure-data.sourceforge.net
Please confirm.

You are correct. Bonus points for getting right down to business! :D

And there seam to be more errors - or obsoleteness - in that page: That one are to email GG to be added as a dev. I didn't correct it, as i don't want to mess with the dev docs as i'm not dev'ing. That's also explains the "seams so" in my previous email: It wasn't to be rude, only that i didn't know for sure if it was so.

true.
a documentation duplication can be found at http://puredata.info/dev/cvs, where the information is correct.

I've updated the page to correct both errors.

Hrm. Perhaps we could merge? or is that page duplicated for a reason?

no! you might break the carefully thought of layout :-)

PS: i don't have objections but this will raise the question which site is the duplicate and this might not be easily solvable on this list...

I say go to town with the docs, they could definitely use some cleanup and improvement. For non-trivial changes, please post out. For the sf_upload page, I saw merge it into the other page, and replace it's content with a link.

just for the non-natives among us: what does "go to town with the docs" mean?
Oops, sorry, I could have also said "go crazy with", "do the docs up", "have your way with", etc. It means basically please work on them freely!
It's funny because stffn stumped me yesterday with the "bus hit" expression, but I suppose comes from a native English speaking (a svn dev)...

Yes, just use that. I think, SF should have more explanations in their Site Docs. For example it's useful to upload a SSH-key.
